Having served at numerous top-notch hotel restaurants in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau since 1980s, celebrity chef Wan has a hefty reputation for his exceptional cuisine, versatility, and innovation. He was appointed to cook for the historical Macau’s Handover gala dinner in 1999, and is currently helming the Brasserie de Paris at Legend Palace Hotel. Chef Wan is also a member of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs and the vice president of Macau Cuisine Association. On top of all of that, Chef Wan once oversaw the Michelin-recommended Square Eight Restaurant back in the day. His endless creative energy never ceases to amaze guests and professionals in the culinary world!
