Executive Chef of Rio Restaurant, Wilson Chu, also the Vice President of Disciples Escoffier Macau, takes everyone on a trip to sun-drenched Southeastern France with a deliciated 5-course menu: Tapenade Sur Du Pain Grillé, Huître Rockefeller Trio that features fresh oysters from Normandy as the starter, Soupe Paysanne aux Haricots de Blancs using fresh spring veggies. The main courses are Cabillaud à la Provençale and Jeune poulet célestine, pair the menu with white and red wines for an in-depth experience of the terroir of the Rhône Valley.
