Executive chef Tiger Chen oversees Praha Restaurante, Praha Bar, banquets, and any room service at Harbourview Hotel. Although he has a lot on his plate, Chef Tiger utilizes his exceptional kitchen management skills to keep everything in order. Over the last twenty-seven years, Chef Tiger has been honing his craft making him a meticulous and talented artist. His dishes are truly a feast for the eyes and for the stomach as he uses the freshest ingredients to create beautifully plated creations.
